PDF to HTML5 Bug Report
If you've found a bug in our PDF to HTML5 conversion program, we would appreciate you filling in the form beneath to let us know about it. The more information you can give us, the easier it will be to fix.
The PDF to HTML5 version number can be found by running ExtractPagesAsHTML with no parameters, or you can access it directly from the static string variable HTMLDisplay.HTMLversion. It will look like 2011.11.20_std or 2011.11.20_pro. If you can include this information in the bug report form it makes it a lot easier for us to diagnose the problem.
If possible, please send us the file you encountered a problem with (Maximum size 2Mb). We can't promise an instant fix, but if you enter your e-mail address we'll let you know as soon as the fix has been posted.
