How do we buy?

You can click on the links above and pay with credit card. IDRsolutions are happy to take purchase orders, and payment can be organized via bank transfer.

If you prefer not to use website ordering, Credit card sales using VISA or Mastercard can also be organized via phone through our office - one of our sales team will provide you with any assistance you need.

Any 'Money back offer' for 'peace of mind'?

We have built our business on satisfied customers spreading the word - we want you to be entirely happy with the software.

So we not only offer demo versions to try, but also have a 30 day money back guarantee - if you ask for you money back within 30 days of purchase we will refund it without quibble (although we would like you to tell us how we can make it better).

Upgrading and renewing support

Users with a site license and a valid support contract can upgrade for the price difference.

After 12 months we will give you the option to renew your support for 15% of the client license or 180 US dollars for a site license.

This is subject to 'fair usage' policy. If you require lots of support time, we reserve the right to quote a higher price.

What about other currencies?

We can bill in US dollars, Euros, Pounds sterling or Australian dollars by arrangement and are happy to provide a quotation in these currencies upon request.

Additional taxes for UK/EU customers

For UK customers we are required to add VAT to all prices and for customers in the EU, a valid VAT number is needed or we will have to add VAT as well.

What about non-commercial users?

If you are a genuine charitable organisation and we support your aims, we will be happy to provide a free site license in return for an acknowledgement on your website. Please contact us directly. Support will be provided at cost.

Integrate JPedal into a client application

One off fee of 8,950 US dollars (including support and updates for 12 months) to integrate JPedal into a single named end-user application.

After 12 months, customers can choose to extend support and updates on a yearly basis, or remain on the version they have, unsupported but otherwise totally operational.

Do we get access to the source code?

OEM customers get free access to the source code while they have a valid support contract.

Use JPedal on servers in a single location

If you want to build JPedal into server applications and run at a single location, you will need a site license at 950 US dollars. A site license covers unlimited usage on servers at that location. Multiple sites will need multiple licenses.

After 12 months, customers can choose to extend support and updates on a yearly basis, or remain on the version they have, unsupported but otherwise totally operational.

Support

IDRsolutions provides commercial support via email to all prospective and commmercial customers with valid support contracts and can be purchased via the online shop or directly. Other options are available via arrangement.

There is also a support website with a forum for questions and lots or resources.

Consultancy and customisation

IDRsolutions can also provide Consultancy services. If you need a feature added, help creating a specific application or advice we are here to help. We offer hourly rates or fixed price quotes to suit your circumstances.
